Refresh my memory on Halloween...

I am helping my good friend's husband plan a trip to WDW this Oct. (Hi J.L. If you are reading this). My good friend is currently deployed with the Army. (I am proud of her)!! Anyhow, Is there trick or treating at FW on Halloween? When do they do the parade?
