Refillable mugs

When you get to your hotel, were staying at ASMO, Do you get your mugs when you get there or do you have to wait till the next day when you go to the Welcome meeting? We were just wandering if we would have to pay for our drinks the first night

Hi Michelle

Each time we've been there (last time was 02 but I doubt it has changed), you buy the mug in the food court, and can use them rightaway. So just check in, pop to the food court for some food and pick up your mug as well, put it on the food tray so the CM knows to ring it up and then just start enjoying your refills!

When we went to ASMO last year we just bought the mugs on the first night. They had yellow security tags on them that the cashier cut off when we paid for them.

If you mean the Virgin welcome meeting, it has nothing to do with the mugs. Actually some of them probably don't even know about the mugs .

I don't ever travel with a travel firm, and it doesn't affect things in any way whatsoever. I'll be getting my mug the night I arrive. My first purchase!

We are doing a split stay, so will my AKL mugs also be valid at the Poly????
