We're doing a split stay at two DVC resorts in August (WL and Poly), if we buy a refillable mug for the two-day stay at WL, will it still work when we go to Poly for 4 nights???

You will be able to use the same mugs at both resorts. They are now known as Rapid Refill Mugs and will be good for the entire length of your stay in Disney resorts, even if you are doing a split stay.

Yes, we had a split stay between CSR and AKL and mugs worked fine at both.

Yes. Good for your length of stay in at Disney (but not if you move offsite) or 14 consecutive days, whichever comes first.

Actually, good for whichever is longer. All mugs are activated for 14 days, and if your stay is longer than that, you can have the mug extended.

There is no "1-night" mug cost. The mugs cost the same, regardless of whether you're staying 1 night or 14 nights. But the mug that you buy at AKV will be usable at the Poly when you move.

They did away with the tiered mug pricing.

it costs a flat price, no more by the number of days pricing.
