You can buy a refillable mug at any of the counter services and also at the food booths. They are around $6 and include the first drink as free. You can use them for refills for around 70 cents and are good anytime (not just the day you buy them.) Many of us have used the same refillable mug for years. The meal deal sipper cups are only for the meal deals and include free refills at participating counter services only on the day of your meal deal. You can use them for refills on other days but the refills will be the same price as for the refillable mugs.
This ticket entitles you to one (1) day of unlimited soft drink fountain beverages at all participating Meal Deal locations at either Universal Studios Florida OR Islands of Adventure.
To purchase the 1-Day Meal Deal Sipper Cup ticket online you must also purchase a 1-Day Meal Deal ticket in the same online transaction.
can't buy the sipper cup refill promo uless you buy the meal deal.
that is how it is listed on the website.
we went in 2007 and bought the refillable mug! it was really useful! have they changed their design lately as we have one from 2007 and was wondering whether is was worth bringing it with us! a little naughty but if they havn't changed it- it might be worth sticking it in our suitcase?
How much would a regular coke cost each time if i didn't buy a refillable mug? $2 a time?
Appreciate that. If i'm in Orlando for a year, then with an annual Universal Pass, i may be going there at least once a month.
I'm trying to budget and spend as little money as i can while i'm there. Where as a meal with drink may cost $12, i only tend to eat twice a day but drink a lot to keep hydrated in the heat so it may cheaper to buy a refill mug and keep topping up throughout the day.
Plus as an annual holder i'd get 20% off the 70c refills
I'm going for the $279 Premier Pass. Are the refill mugs like the ones Disney sell? Buying one of those and refilling throughout a whole year for only 70c a time can save some dosh
