I have lots of other ones around somewhere unless they somehow got tossed out. Now that all the premium sites have their own beer taps, I guess I can use them for beer

Does this happen on the other boards as well? I sense that the people who post here think of each other more as family than on the other boards and as such tend to be more willing to kid around. JMO.

If you haven't thrown them out yet, you can probably stand outside Trail's End in a trench coat "psst, come over here, ya wanna buy a rare FW souvenir mug?". You'd probably make a killing, I wanted one just to have as a souvenir. I'll have to tell Disney how much money they didn't make off of my family because of the new design.

Yes, this happens on other boards too. But, they're a little more strict over there, about keeping threads on topic. I try. It doesn't work. I guess that's why I'm not allowed to moderate those other boards.

At any of the resort food courts or counter service restaurants. At FtW you get them at the Meadow Trading Post. Soft drinks, coffee & tea are at Trail's End & Meadow Snack Bar by the pool when it's open. Coffee & Tea only at Meadow Trading Post. Some people "snag" a hot chocolate at Meadow - but hot chocolate is not included. Price ... $11.95 - enjoyment ... "otterly" priceless!!

I stand corrected!!! You do purchase the mugs at T.E. (silly me)! I think they are also sold at the Meadow Pool Snack Bar when it's open.

I too have just joined this board recently, and usually, just get my answer and cruise on to another thread that interests me. Maybe I should stick around for some fun! I feel like I have found a new place to hang-out with some camping chums! Too bad the other campgrounds I stay at don't have a discussion board. Oh what fun my, my camping friends are missing!
Soooooooo... what is all the jargon about?

1. Peacocks? What is the deal with them????
2. Otters? Are there really otters...or is this a joke???
3. How about a run-down on some of the others too like...Bungaloosh or whatever you guys call it. Is there a certain camper this is about???



Maybe a thread for newcomers to understand the lingo here? This "family" is growing you know, and we all want to be "in the know" too.... It is hard enough just getting used to all the acronymns on the DIS........ Please oh please can some of you regulars get us up to speed!!!????
