Here is another option you can do if you need to stay 1st at CSR and 2nd at POFQ. Go to any WDW Resort that is selling the YOAMD mugs, purchase them and use them at CSR and POFQ. This way you don't need to purchase the CSR mugs and you would already have them when you are at POFQ.

Disney does have rules in place concerning the mugs. Until Disney changes it you should be following the rules that are in place for everyone.
