Refillable mugs & Coffee

We have never bought the refillable mugs but will be staying at the Contemporary for 2 weeks (SOG relocation) & will get the mugs. Any idea of the cost & what beverages are included? Do they include orange juice & milk? Saw something that said sometimes they charge $1 for some beverages - what ones?

Also, if you request a coffee pot in your room, will housekeeping supply the coffee each day or should we get our own?

Saw a few threads that said you can bring a toaster in rooms. We are planning on having a toaster oven & just "hiding it away" each day. Has anyone ever brought a toaster oven?

I cannot remember where, but I saw a list of how much the refillable mugs were at each resort. For example, I believe the refillable mug at the CBR is $8.99. Maybe someone can direct you to the list.

At POR last week they had Coke products, Hi-C Fruit Punch & Pink Lemonade, Rasberry Ice Tea, Water, Coffee/Creamer, Hot Water, Hot Chocolate. You had to purchase milk & orange juice. ~~

The Dolphin and Swan are not Disney Resorts and since the mug program is only at Disney resorts, The Swalphin does not have this available.



Most of the WDW Resorts have a "Refillable Mug" program in their food court area (aka Fast Food-Counter Service). You purchase a mug for around $9.00 and are entitled to "free" or less expensive (79 cents usually) refills for the duration of your stay. The refills are available from the beverage dispensers and usually include: coffee, sodas, ice tea, and hot chocolate. No other purchase is required to get your mug or your refills.
The mugs have the hotel logo on them and signs state that they are for use at that hotel. There does not seem to be a policy about reusing your mugs on a subsequent trip (see Guest comments below).

For an avid coffee or soda drinker, especially with the 'free' refills, you can't beat it.

The table below outlines the refillable mugs available at the resorts and the purchase as well as refill price. Be sure to add 6% tax to the purchase price.

Sounds like everyone has covered your refillable mug question...and quite nicely!!
In regard to your toaster/toaster oven...no need to hide it..(many people bring them)...just do "unplug it" when you leave the room!!

The Dolphin now has a refillable mug program, at Tubbi's. Folks at the Swan can use it also.
