Refillable mugs at VB?

Hi everybody.....
I thought I saw something at some point about refillable mugs being available at Vero Beach.....
Is this still the case?
If so, where do you buy them, how much do they, and the refills, cost?
Where can you refill them?

Yes, they have them.

They are around $10 and can be refilled at Shutters, Bleachers and Sonya's, I think.

The refills at Bleachers by the pool are very convenient.

Is there a charge for each refill or are they free?

Refills are free.

They have a little refill station outside by Shutters you can walk right up to and refill your mug on your own. Very nice.

We usually forget them when we eat in the restaurants.
