refillable mugs at typhoon lagoon

I was at typhoon lagoon in april of 2002 and bought the refillable mug for about 10$ I am going to be at disney in october of 2003 and was wondering if I could still use the mug to get free refills?

I've only read about the waterpark mugs, but I thought there was a sticker with the date that is read by the scanner to get the soda machine to work.

We took our WL mug (the big one) last Sept and got a sticker for, I think, $5 for all day refills. The only regret I have is I can not get the sticker off. I will have to get some of that goo-gone before we go back so I don't look silly with a sticker from last year on my mug.

We bought the same mug and I know we could bring it back another day and pay $5 (I think) for a new sticker & unlimited refills. I was also wondering if you could bring them back and pay the cheaper rate on a different trip. Anyone know more??

Yes, you can bring the mugs back to reuse. You have to pay a refilling charge (5.00) and you are good to go!

I didnt think the 'refillable' issue was valid when coming back for another trip!!

When we bought ours in 1999 they told us they were good forever, you just needed to buy a new day sticker. We plan on taking ours this year. I sure hope they work.
