My husband is a coffee addict and he loves Kona coffee. What type of coffee can be gotten in the refillable mugs? Can you refill it at the pastry bar outside of Kona Cafe? Or is it only at Capt. Cook's? Thanks, this is our first stay here and we are really excited!!!
