Refillable Mugs At Dolphin?

We're headed to the Dolphin on Feb. 16,2003. Can anyone who's been there lately tell me about the refillable mugs. I heard they were behind the counter at Tubbi's now and you have to ask for them. So, are they still available and how much? What is the refill procedure? It isn't self-service, is it?

yes it is self service and the price is 10/ mug. They are very lax about checking i just filled up and breezed right by cashier without ever being questioned. The am coffe is great, a few varieties to chose from and they are open 24/7.
