>> Refillable Mug FAQ <<

I notice you say the refills are good for 'length of stay' but then mention a 14 day expiration. We will be staying 22 days (split over two Disney resorts). Will we be able to get mugs that will last that amount of time?
Are you using the dining plan with your stay or buying the mugs oop?

Buying the mugs ourselves
We are staying 15 days. And I was told earlier in this thread that on day 15, I'd have to have the cashier in the food court just reactivate our mugs. Should be easy. You could keep your mug purchase receipt to show them and just let them know you are staying later.

Can anyone confirm this?

I sure hope they have both options available -- with or without a handle. The ones without a handle will work better in most car cupholders. However, the ones with handles are much easier to use while at Disney World. It's easier to carry them back and forth from the room to the restaurant if they've got a handle. And I know a lot of people like to clip them to a backpack or belt loop and carry them around the parks all day. I use a Carry-All Tote from Thirty One Gifts to hold our mugs when one person wants to go get refills for everyone in the room. If Disney is switching to this style of mug I'm sure there will be a lot of people looking for some type of carrier for their mugs. I'm guessing Disney will start selling those, too....

Can you tell me how many mugs fit in the 31 carryall?

My guess is because there's talk of switching to the Coke Freestyle machines. They have two currently an POFQ during the food court renovation. I'm guessing the ones without the handle work better in the new machines. Totally my theory, based on total speculation! :)

Coke freestyle machines are going to the lower the capacity at the machines. I'm not a big fan on this change. I won't purchase a mug with the new machines because I hate the way all of those taste out of there
