If memory serves there is one included on the quick service and deluxe plans, but not on the basic plan.

I just checked the plans on line and that is correct. The mugs are included in the QS and DLX plansd, but not the regular. I ahve always gone with dlx and this is another reason to add to my upgrade to dlx logic.
