Refillable Milkshakes???

If memory serves me correct (not as good as it used to be, lol) I have read somewhere, even on these boards that one of the restaurants offers all you can drink milkshakes, I think it was either Whispering Canyon Cafe of 50's Prime Time Cafe- can someone point me in the right direction? If I am mistaken, sorry........

We ate at WCC in March, they had 4 flavors, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and orange creamsicle that was so yummy!
