Well as I've said before.. (tho maybe not in this thread..)
Disney's policy now is ".. For the length of stay in which it was purchased"
Add to that Disney doesn't expend much energy enforcing this policy so I don't see why we should get all worked up about it.. one way OR the other.

If they did, why not stay with resort specific mugs? How many people actually carry their mugs around with them all the time and visit other resorts to have the opportunity to refill them elsewhere? I carry mine (clipped by the handle onto my camera case) so I can start the day with coffee while transporting and not have to go back to the room to retrieve it when I return to the resort. I also transfer sodas or water purchased in the park to keep them cold longer. The only time I've refilled at a resort other than my own was when I took the boat from POFQ to POR. I had no idea that there was any debate as to where they could be refilled.
