Refill mugs - water parks

I was wondering about the refill mugs for the water parks as I haven't used one in quite some time but am starting to pull things together for my upcoming trip.

Are the mugs now running on Rapid Fill (with the chip in the mug) or can you still purchase the sticker for old mugs? I've got a beautiful albeit ancient purple Blizzard Beach one.
