Referee Shirts?

Does anybody know where I can buy one of these? My daughter wants to be a referee for Halloween (no idea where the idea came from!) and I can't find any place to buy a shirt. I really don't want to have to make one unless I have to. Thanks for any ideas you may have!

A referree of what sport? I know that soccer referee shirts can be bought at any soccer store (having had 3 soccer referees in the family). Basketball referee shirts can usually be gotten at Athletic stores (been there, done that too).

It may be silly but couldn't you use a white t-shirt and black tape and make one?
