Redtag.ca question re Disney tickets

I've never done tickets redeeming AM's thru redtag.ca before and I have a few questions that hopefully someone who has can answer.
1) Do you receive hard tickets from them, or just numbers to confirm with Disney that you actually have a ticket?

2) If it is just numbers, what do they provide to you? A serial #?

3) How long does it take to get tickets delivered to you once you put in an order?
