Redeeming annual pass at hotel

Hi all,

My friends and I will be arriving Saturday, staying at Portofino Bay. We purchased FL resident seasonal passes online. We're planning to go to the resort first to get our express passes. Does anyone know if we can redeem our seasonal passes at Portofino? Or do we have to go to a ticket window at the parks? Thanks for your help!

I can't speak specifically for Portofino, but in March I stayed at Royal Pacific and was able to activate my husband's seasonal AP at the ticket window in the resort lobby at 6:30am right after we had checked in. So I would imagine it would work the same way at the other resorts.
