Today was a MUCH better win for the BoSox. Arroyo kept them in it, and they got great work from the 'pen. Everyone remember this time last year? Bullpen by committee We all know how well that worked. They are winning the games that the pen just gave away last year.

And yes, I know, I know, it's still VERY early...

It's early yes...but we're dominating the yankees!! Watching the red sox pre-game show, some yankee fans were like, "The red sox won't win the world series, but they'll beat the yankees in the playoffs and make it to the world series!" Yep...even they know we're gunna kick their butts

Interesting games.......my daughter came back to her car in a Faneuil Hall Garage.. brand new car , and someone had keyed it with NYC. Needless to say we are unhappy.....Go Red Sox!!!!!

It's April, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. And come October, both teams will be in the playoffs. Count on it!

my DH is a BoSox fan.

yes...people have already told us the marriage will not last.

however...the yanks have done nothing to impress me in the last 2 seasons....

Huh? ALCS Game 7 was pretty impressive.

Winning the pennant in six out of the last 8 years (including 2003) is still an impressive feat.

I think everyone needs to get over it. I didn't even know there was a rivalry, and I lived in New York until I was 18 when I moved to Boston for college.

Since then I've heard nothing but Yankees Red Sox, and I have personally had enough

My poor Red Sox fanatic son goes to school in New York state so he has to listen to the Yankee announcers instead of our beloved Jerrry Remy. The announcers were discussing the fact that Joe Torre was upset because he thought the Red Sox must be stealing signs Come on Joe........... show a little class. Your team is getting beat. Stop making excuses and play baseball.

I predicted the Red Sox in first in the AL East, and the Orioles as the AL Wild Card and I stand by it. No Yanks in the playoffs, that's better than my team making it!

I'm a Braves fan I picked the Marlins to win the division. And the Phillies third, meanwhile everyone else penciled in the Phils #1. Well news for ya, the Phils suck! Looks like I made some good calls with 1 Sox/2 O's/3 Yanks and 1 Marlins/2 Bravos/3 Phils

The fun part of watching the Red Sox beat the Yankees in the early season is that this just heightens the Boston expectations of winning it all and makes it even more delightfull to New Yorkers when the Red Sox fall apart and choke in the end of the season as they always have !!!!
