Red Roof Inn Experience?

Has anyone stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Kissimmee? We booked our first night there (before we check into Bonnet Creek) and they say there's a continental breakfast offered... just wondering how it is and if we won't have to plan a breakfast for that day.
