Recently I went for a weekend stay at the Red Rock Hotel & Casino.
The hotel is not located on the strip or downtown but is further outside of the normal touristy area.
I have to say once we pulled up and entered I was impressed. The hotel is just a resort in itself. I wasnt sure what to expect but it did not disappoint. The casino is very nice and includes many places to eat along with 2 Starbucks.
There are movie theaters and a bowling alley also located directly inside the Red Rock Resort.
The rooms were spacious and the beds were extra comfy. The bathroom featured an extra large soaking tub along with enclosed glass shower.
The biggest plus of the resort was the pool area. Since Saturdays are the busiest days we were up early to put a claim on some loungers by the pool.

Another plus of the resort is they have their own ampitheater area for concerts and they do have major acts that play there.
Overall it was a great experience and I would like to return.
