Recreation Plan?

We are DVC staying at BWV next weekend. We've all been to DW many times and were looking for some non-park alternatives. Searching the web, I found a few references to a "family plan" for boat rentals/bike rentals, etc. but can't find any specifics about them. I called the marina at YC and he didn't have any knowledge only referenced a platinum plan which looks to be if you book a vacation package. Would exclude us DVC.

Does anyone know of a package plan for recreation which would include the sea raycers?
