Recording VMK Video

What program is everybody using to record the video/sound from VMK? My techie DH is trying to set me up with something, but it's not working.

i downloaded and u have to play with the screen size and where u want it to be for a while till its perfect.

I've had success with NetPlay software's free "Instant Demo Trial" program.

I use CamStudio. I haven't had any problems yet.

the majority of people you see from youtube are windows media encoder whis is also a free program you can download.
