Recommitting!!!!!!!!!

Okay, after making it to within a pound of my 10 pound clippie, (I was 0.8pounds away to be exact) I faltered.:(

I am not really sure exactly where I am right now, I'm thinking within 2-3 pounds- I will head to WW next week to find out. I got sloppy counting points, journaling and exercising. But I'm back!!! I am recommitting myself to getting my 10 pound clippie within 2 weeks and then to begin working on the next 25 pounds, one pound at a time. I went out today and bought a planner like the one that I use for my work schedule, and I'm using this one for my Weight Loss and Fitness Schedule. I will plan fitness activities and record my daily points.


I am done with social occasions for the most part, for the summer. I will be on vacation for 2 weeks, but my vacations include lots of activity and we only eat a few dinners out and we always have a fridge and microwave in our room when we can, and we also bring a cooler just in case, so I'm not too concerened about vacation.

I will also start checking in here more often than I have been. I know I've been a little MIA, and probably don't deserve it, but I could use a little support...

Can anybody help me out?:confused: :(

Glad to see you back!! I just came back myself and I am working furiously on that 10 pound clippie! You CAN do it!! Sounds like you have a plan. Just make up your mind and commit to it! And come around here for some of the best support you can find anywhere!

Annie-I'm glad to hear that you have recommitted and you are getting right back on track. Keeping a separate planner is a wonderful idea. You will have that new clippie in your time frame with no problem.

You are going in the right direction and coming back here is a really good thing. I find that when I read some of these threads, it just really gets me inspired.

Just wanted you to know that I'm cheering you on and will be looking for your journals faithfully now and will hound you if I don't get them:D . How's that?

You know you can count on me! I sooooo "see" you sporting that 10 pound clippie w/in the next two weeks! There is nothing like a small detour to help us get back into that very focused place. And I know you, once you get that fire burning, there is no stopping you!!!

Good for you for buying that planner. That is going to be a REAL life saver - it will help you stay organized and on top of your healthy eating/fitness routine. :)

Annie - i'm here for you and counting on you to do the same for me! I'm refocusing a bit myself and trying to recommit to losing these last few pounds and a few more than that inches!

I just printed out a 13 week schedule for myself and have to stay in pts 6 out of 7 days a week! Whatever works for each of us, together we can do this!!! We have come too far to stop now!!
 
You are going in w/the right attitude & I am convinced that you will be sporitng that 10lb clippie in no time!!!

I know you can reach your goal with that kind of determination.
