Okay, after making it to within a pound of my 10 pound clippie, (I was 0.8pounds away to be exact) I faltered.
I am not really sure exactly where I am right now, I'm thinking within 2-3 pounds- I will head to WW next week to find out. I got sloppy counting points, journaling and exercising. But I'm back!!! I am recommitting myself to getting my 10 pound clippie within 2 weeks and then to begin working on the next 25 pounds, one pound at a time. I went out today and bought a planner like the one that I use for my work schedule, and I'm using this one for my Weight Loss and Fitness Schedule. I will plan fitness activities and record my daily points.
I am done with social occasions for the most part, for the summer. I will be on vacation for 2 weeks, but my vacations include lots of activity and we only eat a few dinners out and we always have a fridge and microwave in our room when we can, and we also bring a cooler just in case, so I'm not too concerened about vacation.
I will also start checking in here more often than I have been. I know I've been a little MIA, and probably don't deserve it, but I could use a little support...
Can anybody help me out?
