We are heading back to Disney in September and would like to try a 2 bedroom suite for a change BUT our initial investigation has found loads and now we don't know which one would be best for us.

Ideally it needs to be:

1) Relatively new (and clean!)
2) Close (ish) to Disney
3) Nice pool area

Any help or advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

The Springhill Suites at Marriott Village sleep up to 6 people. Great pool area and 5 minute drive from Downtown Disney. Close to Orlando Premium Outlets and Crossroads shops & restaurants. We stayed at the Marriott Village last February and are going again next January. It's relatively new and Lake Buena Vista is quite a nice area. The Dolly Partons Dixie Stampede is just around the corner too. The location is just off I-4, so it's handy for all the other area attractions.

:thumbsup2 Take a look at Sheraton Vistana Villages - we stayed there in 2003 its 4*+ and a little pricey - but with the jacuzzi in the bedroom, the fantastic accommodation and great pool - its well worth every penny - its also in a great position for both Universal, Disney and Seaworld at the undeveloped end of I-drive.

Hi there!

we have also stayed in Vistana Villages and are headed there again this July, it can be a littl epricey but we have again managed to get the cheapest rate through the BA Holidays website, give them a try!

Other suites we have stayed in and thoroughly recommend:

Caribe Royale, great pool, good location
Embassy Suites LBV, probably my fave after Vistana, fab free breakfast
Residence Inn Seaworld. Stayed here last summer, BRILLIANT, almost brand new, lovely pool, great location, good free breakfast too.

HTH, happy hunting!!

The Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn are also nice . They are brand new 1 yr old and lots of fun for the kids. We stayed there last year and dd 3 and dd 7 loved it. Their web address is www.nickhotel.com if you'd like to look it over .

Blessed Be
Tina
