Recommended detox?

I've been thinking about trying a detox, but have no idea where to start. Since I've never done one, I don't know a whole lot about them. I looked at GNC's website, but they have a ton. Just wondering if anyone could offer any insight on what I need to look for. Basically, I just want to cleanse my body and try and get a jump start on losing more weight. Any advice/info/input/recommendations is greatly appreciated!!!
 
I did the lemon diet (google im sure it will come up) Its recomended for 2weeks I only did it for one. I lost 10lbs and when I started eatting again (RIGHT THIS TIME) I felt much better. Side note is it all comes back though as soon as you start eatting again. Not at once but slowly... (its good for those quick fixes when you need to drop a few lbs quick)
 
I've never done this but after listening to Jillian Michael's podcast on iTunes I might try it one day. It's a "cleanse" (as she calls it; you still eat), as "fasting" (according to her) will screw up your metabolism in the long run. You drink a gallon of this every day for 5 days:

1 gallon of distilled water
4 dandelion tea bags
4 tbsp. unsweetened cranberry juice
and the juice of a whole lemon

She says it's good for you (keeps you hydrated, cleanses your liver,etc.) and will make you drop 5 lbs. easy. But you eat healthy (organic fruits, veggies, lean meat, etc.) too. She also said you could drink this every day but just not with the distilled water as distilled water will deplete your bones of natural nutrients/minerals so you shouldn't do it longer than 5 days with the distilled water.
