Here's my recommendation: Skip the $$$ Disney package and make your *own* sweetheart dinner.

You'll have a wider selection of food to choose from, you can each get different entrees if you want, and you could probably buy souvenir toasting flutes at Downtown Disney and still not spend as much as the package costs.
Disney is already going to give you the royal treatment the moment they see your wedding mentioned on your ADR or your button or you tell them what you're celebrating!

I'm all for paying for special enhancements to our WDW trips, but IMHO the sweetheart dinner is the worst value of any of the experiences added for the Celebrate Today campaign.
We have had so many magical, romantic dinners at WDW restaurants for just the price of our meal (and maybe a special-ordered cake

). On our honeymoon and anniversary trips we frequently got the best seat in the house, personalized menus, confetti sprinkled on the table, or even free desserts, and we didn't have to pay for a special package to get any of it.
