Recommendations for Kid-Friendly Hotels in Bermuda?

Can anyone recommend kid-friendly places they have stayed in Bermuda? We prefer not to stay at a large resort like the Southampton Princess, but at either a smaller hotel or one of the cottage colonies which seem much more like the true Bermuda to us.
We have stayed in Bermuda before, but at adult oriented hotels before our daughter was born. She is 8 and very well-behaved and does not insist on kids meals.
I'd love to hear some first hand recommendations. Anyone?

Although I haven't stayed there, there is a hotel in Grotto Bay. I believe it is Grotto Bay Beach club. I did research last year and it sounded like one of the best "kid" friendly hotels in Bermuda. They only had activities for the kids in the summer months though.
