Recommendations for excursion in St Thomas/St John

I have to pick our excursions for our
October cruise next week.
Can't decide what to pick for our St. Thomas/St. John's stop. Any recommendations would be most appreciated!!

I would recommend a do it yourself tour over to Trunk Bay on St. John's. If doing things on your own makes you nervous, choose the Disney excursion that goes there.
