Hey everyone

Just thinking about dining for our upcoming trip.

We have breakfasts booked at CM and CP. And also a dinner ressie for CM.

Are there any other buffet or even family style places I should go?

I will be travelling with some fussy eaters, who like plain stuff. My OH is a kinda meat and potato kinda guy.

Any suggestions most welcome

I would say Garden Grill in EPCOT.
Not a traditional buffet - but sort of one brought to your table.
Nice to have your own family style plates of food at your own table without other familes touching or sneezing on the food.

Nice selections all brought to your table and you get more of anything you like, but please leave some room for dessert.
Children can get more than one item off the childrens menu (adults can order them too).

Garden Grill menu :flower1:

Family Style Platter featuring:
Buttermilk biscuits and Yeast rolls with Honey-Orange Blossom Butter
Flank Steak with Mushroom Cabernet au Jus
Rotisserie Turkey with Cranberry Relish
Fried Catfish
Homestyle Potato Casserole
Selection of Fresh Vegetables
and for dessert ....... Very Berry Puff Pastry

Young Gardener's MenuChoice of (you can ask for more than one - we did chicken and french fries)
Chicken Strips
Macaroni and Cheese
Potatoes or French Fries
Fresh Vegetables
Served with a special dessert

Complimentary Non-alcoholic Beverages IncludedCoke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Orange Soda, Lemonade Light, Root Beer, Iced Tea, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Milk and Chocolate Milk

Enjoy :goodvibes

There are plenty others to choose from if you want meat than I suggest Ohana's for dinner, served family style or WCC, if you order the skillet than it is served family style. If you like seafood, one of my favorites is Cape May Cafe clam bake.

is a very good buffet for breakfast or dinner. It have some typical foods for those picky eaters but has other foods for those that want to explore a little.

A completely different buffet is the House of Blues Gospel Brunch on Sunday.

Did someone say BOMA?

We went for dinner, but I hear breakfast is awesome as well.

I only eat very *plain* food myself. LOVED , LOVED, LOVED :cloud9: the dinner I had last summer at Liberty Tree Tavern. Its served family style with as much as you like of whatever you like (we needed extras of the steak, green beans, and mashed potatoes. We were so stuffed, we barely tasted dessert, but it was delish  Characters were an added bonus. :thumbsup2

:wizard: We love the Crystal Palace for breakfast and Boma for dinner. This year we went to Boma for breakfast also. It was really good, but it was kind of a pain to get there early because you have to take the bus to AK and switch buses to get to AKL. We did not like Hollywood and Vine.

We love dinner at both Crystal Palace and Boma! They (food/decor) are totally different places but are equally delicious! :goodvibes

Boma for breakfast and Beirgarten for dinner

Another vote for Liberty Tree Tavern. Forget the characters, we go for the delish Thanksgiving meal offerings!! :thumbsup2
