Recommend a Resort?

Hi,

I'd like to know if anyone has a resort experience they'd like to share? We are planning on going either in late August or Easter Break '08. We have been to the Swan, the Caribbean Beach Resort, and the Dolphin. Its 5 of us (me -13, brother-13, other brother-5, and parents). We are mainly looking for a Deluxe Resort.

We enjoyed our stay at AKL very much. The pool is amazing and we loved the atmosphere. We had a great room with a pool view and would eat breakfast out there every morning. We found it to be a very nice resort.

Personally we prefer DVC resorts (even before we became members). OKW is such an amazing place to stay. Beautiful views, tons to do at the resort, great restaurant (Olivia's) and so much more.

Enjoy wherever you decide to stay.

I would pick the Beach Club for the awesome location (just out Epcots backdoor and very close to MGM by boat or a 15-20 minute walk). They also have an awesome, awesome pool, Storm-a-Long Bay that is almost a mini waterpark! The Boardwalk is right around the corner too. If you love to swim, Beach Club has the best pool. If your favorite park is Magic Kingdom, pick a monorail resort, like the Polynesian. If you don't want your whole family to be crazy because of crowds, go at the end of August and skip the Easter idea completely (it is crazy busy!). Have fun planning!
