Recommend a good hat

I absolutely must wear a hat at the parks, to keep the sun off my face and head. I prefer baseball caps, but wonder if anyone has a good recommendation for one of those "cool" ones that are supposed to be less hot. I've looked around on the net, but don't know if they're worth the price and all. TIA!

I wear my standard, good old fashioned baseball caps and love them! If it's REALLY miserable, I'll throw on a bandana underneath to catch the drips
DH bought me one of those $40 "no sweat, light, blah, blah" hats and it wasn't worth it!

I totally recommend coolmax running hats by Headsweats. You can buy them online or at a local running store. They are totally worth the $20 IMO. They have a hidden sweatband inside the hat and they are made of a light cool material that airs easily. The best part is that they are machine washable. I bought one 2 years ago for the 5K races I do and it looks brand new even though I throw it the washer two or three times per week. It's going to WDW with me!

We are at WDW now...and I have been wearing this hat all week:

It is cool and has kept my neck and face from getting burnt. I am a fair skinned redhead and burn very easily. The hat also kept my hair dry on Kali River Rapids! The hat has a strap that can either be tucked up inside or worn under the chin. Some of the days have been windy so I would use the strap then to keep the hat from flying away.

We have Sunday Afternoons hats as well. DS has this one and I have this one.

I also have this one from GottaHavaHat. DS has outgrown this Columbia one but I really liked it.
