Recommend a AAA travel agent

I spoke with AAA agent here in Ocala, FL a few weeks back and was less than impressed. They didn't call me back when they said they would, put me on hold for 10 min +, you get the idea. I am looking for a AAA agent to possibly book my WDW vacation. Do I have to use one in my area? I'd use the internet, but I need 2 rooms close to each other.

Also, any one know why the AAASouth hotel reservations site is down? It's been down all morning. Weird. (I like to check the availability often )

I haven't tried booking through a AAA agent in Daytona, I just checked the rates on the AAASouth website & then called WDW Reservations & reserved my room using the AAA discount. I'm not booking a package, but I plan to go to the office in DB about buying the FRSP there before our trip. We've asked for adjoining rooms before via WDW reservations & had no problems.
