Recommanded / and not recommanded list for Vendors

i am still having really aweful experience with Impression, if i know that impression has such bad customer service with client, i would never deal with them, even it is free. therefore, i hope that anyone can give me their experience, what is recommanded/what is not.
so far, i only have used Impressions.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED IMPRESSIONS :OWNER SHELLY/INVITATIONS AND FAVORS
PROBLEM: CUSTOMER SERVICE/ABILITY TO PLEASE CUSTOMER/ ABILITY TO RESLOVE PROBLEM SMOOTHLY/SHE SAID:"SHE FORGOT TO PUT MY NAME ON MY INVITATION AND SHE PUT THE WRONG NUMBER TO THE PRINTER

Louisa I know that you had an awful time with Shelly and I wasn't that happy myself with the customer service I received from Impressions - but I do know other past Disney brides that have been.

I think the best way to handle your choosing vendors is to find one you like then ask others what they thought.

I personally feel that you will always get one person who is happy with vendor X and then another could say they aren't happy with vendor X.

There are always two sides to a story and as purchasers we have to remember this. I have to admit that it is not in my nature to "name and shame" and I really would not want this post to end up as a slanging match about vendors which I can see happening.
