Recipes with canned pumpkin

Canned pumpkin has been on sale lately so I made two really good recipes recently:

Quick Pumpkin Pudding

Pumpkin Chocolate Brownies

Both were easy and really good! The brownies are great...interesting twist and very tasty (but I added a lot more chocolate chips than they recommend.)

I had this at my cousin's house recently. I usually hate anything that is fruit-like mixed with chocolate but I really liked this - very moist.

1 c sugar

1 c oil

1 c pumpkin

3 eggs

1 t baking soda

1 t baking powder

1.5 c flour

.5 t cinnamon

.5 t nutmeg

1 small pkg milk inst pudding

.5 t salt

.5 c nuts

mix all but pudding & nuts. Add pudding & nuts. Pour into 2 bread loaf pans.

350 for 50 min

It's formatted kind of weird as I typed this into my Treo.

Someone brought a concoction called "Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake" into the teacher's lounge at school.

It was served w/ whipped cream. I almost fainted, it was so good!

Just the thoughts of that is making my mouth water. I'm pretty sure it is a Paula Dean recipe.

You should have spoke up sooner, I could have used you when I made the pumpkin cake from longaberger and when I made the pumpkin cream cheese muffins. They were both good by the way.
