I'm thinking of hosting a wine and cheese party this winter. Has anyone else done this? Do you have any ideas or tips for me?

DH and I host a wine and cheese every holiday season. I'm working on my menu already (it helps to space out the wine purchases). We usually feature four wines with a couple cheeses and heavy hors d'oeuvres to complement each. And there is always a dessert wine at the dessert buffet. This year my husband wants to add champagne when we're down to about 24 guests.

Feel free to email me if you want to. There's so many things you can do and make it really memorable. And you can get a dozen wine glasses for entertaining at Linens 'n Things for $9.99. Chafing dishes are only $25 at Sam's.

I emailed you-- I definitely want to hear more! :)
