Does anyone have the recipe for Evelyn's Favorite Pasta. This is what the menu says:

Penne Tossed with Broccoli, Oven-Dried Tomato, Roasted Eggplant,
Peppers, Artichoke, Kalamata Olives, Basil, Garlic, Pine Nuts
and Parmesan Cheese
