When we stayed at Port Orleans (1999) they served this AWESOME cajun popcorn by the pool. Does anyone have any idea how to make it? I have tried throwing spices together myself, but I can not get it right.

MMMM... I can taste it now!

Here are a few recipes. I don't know if they are what you are looking for:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
6-8 cups popped popcorn
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1/4 cup butter, melted (no subs!)
2 1/2 quarts popped popcorn (plain or butter flavor)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
cayenne pepper (I use about 1/8 - 1/2 teaspoon)
salt

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese, finely grated
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch thyme
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup popcorn, unpopped
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

4 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup unpopped popcorn
