RECIPE FOR GUINESS STEW FROM F&WF??

Does anyone have the recipe for the Guiness Irish stew from the Ireland Booth at the 2004 F&WF??? I wanted to purchase a recipe book while there, but htey were sold out. I'd love to make this for St. Patty's Day!!

I don't have that one, but did notice Friday or yesterday that on the Tony Danza show someone was making a Guinness Irish Stew. I wasn't really paying attention as I was waiting for the local news to come on.
