Recipe for Chocolate Dip?

Hi!

Does anyone have a recipe for a make ahead chocolate dip? I am the class mom and I need a somewhat healthy snack for the class...something to dip fruit in...

I found three for you, plus a white chocolate version. Remember, the sauce will be thicker as it cools, so make it on the thinner side or the kids won't be able to dip into the chocolate. Also, whipping cream is the same as heavy cream.

I just discovered Kohls department store in Secaucus! It's a quick trip by bus thru the Lincoln tunnel to there. So I'll be there often.

This dip does not need to be heated to serve. It stays in a "dip-able" state. If kept in the fridge, allow to get to room temp and stir to serve.

5oz. chocolate
2/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup Milk

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Stir in the condensed milk. Mix well. Stir in the regular milk. Stir well. Allow to cool and serve. Best if made a couple of hours to the day before serving.

If it doesn't have to be chocolate, try this fruit dip.

Mix 1 jar marshmallow creme and 1 block softened cream cheese until well blended. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate the leftovers.

It's so easy and you'll want to eat it with a spoon.
