Recipe for Chicken Strips

Fried Rice -. I make the fried rice and add chopped up, precooked chicken in just the last minute or two so it doesn't get over cooked.

I also make a killer chicken and pesto grilled cheese on sour dough.


For your pasta, I would warm up the chicken in a sauce to try to prevent overcooking.

I would not try to bread and cook precooked chicken.
