They didn't say, but you can hardly taste the alcohol (which is why it sneaks up on you!), so I'm thinking yes.

Equal parts?

Not having tasted this (waiting until 3/3/07 ) I am not sure, but probably not equal parts of everything. Most likely 1 part each, rum and Blue Curaco, to 2 or 3 parts each of the juices. Given a shot is 1 ounce, equal parts would only give you a 4 ounce drink. Poured over ice or shaken with crushed ice, would give some extra volume but not a lot.
