Recipe for Akershus New Potatoes

If anyone knows the recipe for the "New Potatos" at Akershus I would appreciate it. I'm not sure if they are called New Potatoes. That is what my mother calls them. They are the red potatoes cut in half or in quarters. If anyone knows the recipe, I would love to have it! They were soooooooo good! Thanks!
