Recipe Card's

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can do some recipe card's for me. We are doing a cookie exchange.

I was thinking of Mickey and Minnie dressed up for Christmas and Mickey and the Gang, just a few differnet design's.

Here are some Disney Recipe Cards that I made...you can also find them in my 4shared link in my signature below. I have blank ones as well as a few with recipes already on them, and one is for a fruitcake cookie. I can't stand fruitcakes, but I LOVE THESE cookies! I will work on a "christmas" one for you.

Also, if you want to use these cards but aren't sure how to do that...here is a link to "How to DISign using MS Word". If you have word you can insert the picture then insert a textbox over the recipe card to add your instructions. I'm in the process of uploading christmas recipe cards to my 4shared file for you. I put blank ones so that you can use a textbox to add your name and the recipe. If you look in post #2, I put a link for how to do this if you have MS Word. If you don't have MS Word and need help...send me a pm.

If you want to play around with the placement of the characters on the card...here is a blank recipe card. You can get great images at www.disneyclips.com in the christmas file. If you are going to layer these using MS Word...make sure you save the images to your pictures then insert them into word on top of the recipe card. Then insert a textbox over that to add your recipe. If you want to know how to do all of that...you can find directions in the link I put in Post #2:

If you look in the link to my 4shared file in my signature below...later today...I will have 10 different ones with characters for you to use. Then all you will have to do is insert the text box over the cards and print. If you are having problems setting it up in word...send me a pm with your email address and I can set it up for you in word.

I finally have all 10 made and in my 4shared account. I made them 4x6 inches which is a good size for recipe cards. Look at the link in my signature below and then go to the "recipe card" file...then the "christmas" file. Hope they work for you! Have a great cookie exchange.

stupid question: how do you type over them? I tried to use a text box and right clicked and clicked on ORDEr and nothing worked.

You have to insert the recipe card into word. Then insert a textbox over the card to add your ingredients and recipe. This thread will explain how to insert a textbox over a picture:
