Recieved Free Dining PIN code for rest of year!!

Do they ever send PINs to people who already have a trip booked? Seems it would defeat the purpose, but I am booked for POR in December and would love to get a PIN. Also are PINs historically an indicator of offers that may be open to the general public later?

We have been going to Disney once year for five years now... we never get email PINs anymore. May see one from the disney visa but not from Disney directly...what gives?

Just got my second free dining pin code offer. Maybe the third time will be the charm and I will get a great room discount! We are currently not planning a disney trip in 2013 but with the right discount plans could change

My hubby's co-worker emailed me this morning to let me know that they got this pin a second time. I rushed to my email, thinking "this is it!" but nope! The next thing I thought of was you Sorry to see you didn't get it either!

Where are you located?

We are located in southeastern PA. We have been going to Disney once or twice for years. This is the first year we have nothing booked - we usually have our F&W trip booked before the summer. We have never gotten the dining plan and always stay at a deluxe resort. It is just the two of us and the dining plan will never work for the way we like to vacation. Maybe Disney is trying to get us to change our mind by sending us a second free dining offer (it was the same as the first). Not happening!

If we don't get our tropical vacation booked soon we could be swayed by a deep room only discount! Not sure what I am wishing for

Think it might have been someone else who had the gut feeling about today. The only gutt feeling I have is that I am not getting this pin. LOL I called today, and nothing for either us or my parents. Didn't ask about my cousin, because she was only there once many years ago, and they have a new address since then, and didn't have an email back then.

I haven't gotten anything in my email today...yet. My mailman will be here in about and hour and a half. I'll have to stalk him again. Ha. I'm sure he thinks I'm creepy, which is ok cuz I think he's creepy.

I don't think we're going to get the PIN if we haven't gotten it already. I mean, it sounds like that "second wave" already went out - to the same group of people (which makes no marketing sense to me, but whatever).

We have a really good deal, as far as room discounts go. But I'd rather have less out-of-pocket dining expenses than a Deluxe room. I hear other people saying the opposite.

Wouldn't it be sooooo nice if we could switch discounts with people? Then we'd all be happy and we'd all spend our money at Disney, one way or another!

So, I received another pin last night in my email, and was so excited! UNTIL I opened it and it was addressed to my parents AGAIN. I was so frustrated to see that it was for them in MY email and not for me! Ugh! I just want a pin in my name so that I can use it!

Try calling. It can't hurt to ask. It's your email and your name. I would think you could use it, but I don't really know. I've heard other odd circumstances like yours where someone said the first CM said no, but they called back and another CM did it for them. It's worth a try. And congrats on getting it!
