Reception Ideas for an Intimate

I know that alot of you have gone to different restraunts, but has anyone done a catered menu for an Intimate in a seperate rented room? I want my reception to be like the custom but without the cost.

i know they have a private room at narcossee's at the grand floridian, a private room at spoodles at the boardwalk (we had a family reunion event in there) they also have 2 private room's at the california grill in the contemporary. *there are minimums.
