Recently switched to Gain Laundry Detergent

I've always loved the smell of gain. But I too, use Tide. I'm so loving the new Tide w/downy and Tide/fabreeze. They both smell good, but I like the downy one better.

Because there are too many mosquitoes out-tide


Okay, so we really use some large canister of something or other that we buy at Sams Club.

Gain does smell wonderful, but I'm stuck on Arm and Hammer because of how it takes out stains.

I really like Gain, too. I just make sure to spot the clothes with stains on them with Shout before washing. I haven't had a problem with stains. It's also alot cheaper. It was on sale here 2/$5 last week for the 100 oz. bottles. Gotta love it!

I used Surf on college because I loved the smell! Great smell, that Surf.
Now, I use Tide.

I'll have to give Gain a whiff though.

LOVE GAIN!! I just recently discoved Tide with Downy, which I like just as much.

ALSO...has anyone tried the Downy Lavender Vanilla Fabric Softener? Cant do a load of wash without it! Smells fantastic and smells the whole house with the scent of lavender!

I switched to gain about 10 years ago and haven't looked back! I just started using Gain with a touch of softness. Good stuff!

And my clothes smell wonderful! Seriously I never noticed this with Tide or All or Era which is what I went back an forth with before. Anyone else loving the Gain?

Nope - because *I* have recently tried ALL w/ Fabric Softner and am in a deep, deep, commited LOVE with it!!!

*MY* clothes smell amazing allllll day long - just phenomenal! OMG!

And - any of you guys try the ALL spray (by the FeBreeze spray) Holy Cow - super amazing!!! Again, deep LOVE with that, too!!!!

I also use the Tide with Downy and I also use the Lavender Downy.OMG it smell so Good.

I have always used Gain. When it came out, my mom started using it because back when all you could get was powder, my dad had a friend that sold appliances. He said that he loved people to use Tide because it would eat up a washer and he could sell more. So mom quit using tide back then and switched to Gain. I have never used anything else and I have been married almost 30 years. Plus Gain does not cause as many sensitivity problems as Tide does even in the liquid Tide. Yes it does smell wonderful..

I actually have heard this from several people at different times...none of them sales people, but I'm not sure where the info came from? I heard the powder tears your clothes up because it's mixed with sawdust!
Anyway, we use Wisk liquid, and have thought about Gain before...okay, gonna' go get some now!
