We just recently purchased SSR and have received the initial documents.
Disney called to verify that we received the documents and than explained some of the benefits. However, because the name was spelled incorrectly they need to send us new documents.
I asked even without the documents signed nor the PIN number can we still look into reserving our vacation time. She indicated we could do that by calling member services or go online.
Well the online service does not work because we do not have the PIN and it appears the member services is only open during the hours of 8:30 to 5:00. Surely there is another number to call for other hours of operation. Does this mean you have to make your reservations only during those times.
Does someone have a phone number or know another way to get into the DVC Member page?
